Welcome to the beginning of a transformative 8-week journey! In this introductory video, Travis will set you up for success by giving you an overview of the program.

We are excited for you and can’t wait to begin. Prepare to be supple and flexible in your body, and strong and calm in your mind.

Foundations (45min.)
It has been said the beginning is the most important part of the work. The foundation of anything is key. In this practice you will lay down a foundation for a powerful 8-week YIN YOGA journey. In this practice you will set your intention for the program and move through a healing sequence, cultivating the zen beginner’s mind.
Hips (60min.)

The hips are the largest and one of the most complicated joints in the human body. They can also be a place where you store a large amount of tension and stress. In Western society, the average person has lost significant mobility in the hips. This practice will stretch the fascia of the hips and help eliminate the issues out of the tissues.

Spine (60min.)

The spine is one of nature’s most powerful and intricate masterpieces. Research shows 90% of the nutrition to the brain is activated by the movement of the spine. Not only will this practice enliven your spine but will also support healthy brain functioning.

Bliss (60min.)

This practice is like going on a sweet YIN YOGA retreat. You can’t give to others what you don’t have to give. In this blissful class, you will refill your energetic cup by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep rest and relaxation.

Ultimate (60min.)

Prepare for the ultimate YIN YOGA sequence. If you are looking for a great all around sequence that is healing to the hips, knees, spine and inner thighs, then look no further. 

Fountain of Youth (60min.)

The Fountain of Youth class begins with a short Mountain meditation. This practice combines gentle movements with deep hip stretches. Prepare to move through every major link of the bodily chain, leaving your body supple and youthful. 

Splits (60min.)

The splits for many is the Holy Grail of flexibility. With discipline and patience, variations of the split are attainable. This sequence, although challenging, will help you open up to the mother of all stretches. 

Upper Body (60min.)
In YIN YOGA, the hips, pelvis and spine typically get the most attention. But his practice was designed to share the healing yin energy with your neck, shoulders, wrists and chest. Your entire upper body is going to love this class.
Master (90min.)
Congratulations on making it to the end of your 8-week Flexibility and Beyond journey! We saved the best for last. This practice is your final test. Prepare to hold poses for several minutes to really take you to your mental edge. By the end of this powerful practice you will, no doubt, be a yin master.


Taoist Meditation (23min.)
The Taoists practice meditation as a way to awaken the flow of chi, or life force, and to harmonize with the universal laws of nature. In this meditation, prepare to go on an amazing inner journey. This practice is supported by beautiful music and nature sounds.
Short and Sweet (30min.)
Thirty minutes of YIN YOGA is definitely better than zero minutes of yin. Although this class is short, it is still incredibly sweet. Prepare to hold poses for about 2-3 minutes, just long enough to support healthy connective tissues.
